After attending Denby High, they worked summers in the auto plants. It was during those years when their fierce work ethic was forged, along with a great desire to do something important here. They credit their parents and their roots on Detroit’s east side for instilling in them a lifelong pride and passion for the city and they want to be part of its resurgence.
